Las exploraciones dentro de Mobility & Transportation giraron en torno a cómo el movimiento, la distancia y la accesibilidad podrían transformarse radicalmente en un futuro marcado por la aceleración tecnológica y la extrema densidad urbana. El equipo exploró ideas relacionadas con transporte autónomo, teleportación cuántica, sistemas de traslado neuronal, vehículos controlados sensorialmente, percepción temporal durante los viajes y experiencias de tránsito hiperpersonalizadas. También surgieron reflexiones sobre privacidad, sobreestimulación, impacto ambiental y el creciente valor del silencio, la desconexión y el espacio personal dentro de sociedades cada vez más conectadas.
A lo largo del proceso, apareció constantemente la idea de la movilidad no solo como transporte, sino como una experiencia emocional y sensorial. Esto llevó finalmente al equipo hacia una propuesta centrada en redefinir el lujo a través del propio movimiento, imaginando futuros donde el verdadero valor del transporte reside en preservar la identidad, el bienestar, la percepción del tiempo y la experiencia humana, más allá de simplemente alcanzar velocidad o eficiencia.

The explorations within Mobility & Transportation revolved around how movement, distance, and accessibility could radically transform in a future shaped by technological acceleration and extreme urban density. The team explored ideas related to autonomous transportation, quantum teleportation, neural commuting systems, sensory-controlled vehicles, temporal perception during travel, and hyper-personalized transit experiences. Reflections also emerged around privacy, overstimulation, environmental impact, and the growing value of silence, disconnection, and personal space within increasingly connected societies.
Throughout the process, a recurring theme appeared around mobility not simply as transportation, but as an emotional and sensory experience. This ultimately led the team toward a proposal centered on redefining luxury through movement itself, imagining futures where the true value of transportation lies in preserving identity, well-being, time perception, and human experience rather than simply achieving speed or efficiency.
Portadores
Portadores es un proyecto de diseño especulativo que plantea un futuro en el año 2050 donde la movilidad humana ya no depende del desplazamiento físico, sino de la expansión de la conciencia.
En un mundo que reconfiguró sus ciudades para convivir con la naturaleza y reducir el impacto ambiental, surge un nuevo sistema: cuerpos biocompatibles vinculados a una única identidad central llamada Núcleo. Estos cuerpos —los Portadores— permiten experimentar distintas realidades en diferentes partes del mundo sin alterar la coherencia personal.
La tecnología funciona mediante un proceso de Fragmentación, que permite dividir temporalmente la experiencia en múltiples portadores activos, y un sistema de Merge, donde cada 24 horas las experiencias, recuerdos y emociones se integran en una sola narrativa coherente mediante infraestructura de inteligencia artificial.
El proyecto explora temas como identidad, simultaneidad, movilidad, sostenibilidad y el papel de la tecnología en la redefinición de lo humano. Más que una propuesta técnica, Portadores es una reflexión sobre cómo vivir múltiples experiencias sin perder la coherencia de quiénes somos.
El sistema propone una nueva forma de movilidad: no mover el cuerpo, sino expandir la experiencia.

Portadores is a speculative design project that envisions a future in the year 2050 where human mobility no longer depends on physical displacement, but on the expansion of consciousness.
In a world that has reconfigured its cities to coexist with nature and reduce environmental impact, a new system emerges: biocompatible bodies linked to a single central identity known as the Core. These bodies — the Carriers — allow individuals to experience different realities across the world without compromising the coherence of their identity.
The technology operates through a process called Fragmentation, which temporarily divides experience across multiple active carriers, and a Merge system, where every 24 hours all experiences, memories, and emotions are reintegrated into a single coherent narrative through an AI-driven infrastructure.
The project explores themes such as identity, simultaneity, mobility, sustainability, and the role of technology in redefining what it means to be human. More than a technical proposal, Portadores is a reflection on how to live multiple experiences without losing the coherence of who we are.
The system proposes a new form of mobility: not moving the body, but expanding experience.
