What if... una pastelería boutique de la CDMX y una artista visual mexicana descubrieran que comparten el mismo gesto: convertir lo cotidiano en escultura efímera? What if... el pan dulce dejara de ser merienda y se volviera lienzo? What if... la repostería se enseñara no como técnica sino como práctica artística? Este ejercicio de dirección creativa provoca un encuentro íntimo y profundamente CDMX: Hygge Pay, panadería que entiende el pan como ritual de bienestar danés traducido a Mexico, y Mafer Salinas, artista visual cuya práctica explora la materialidad como gesto contemplativo. La colaboración produce The Drip Experience, un taller de escultura comestible donde el participante elige base, relleno y acabado, pinta sobre concha y croissant con cocoa, pistache y caramelo, y se lleva una caja Hygge Pay x Mafer Salinas con su pieza terminada. Abraza el momento. Se puede morder el arte. La pastelería deja de ser consumo y se vuelve performance contemplativa. El pan, finalmente, se firma.

The collaboration produces The Drip Experience, an edible sculpture workshop where the participant chooses base, filling, and finish, paints over concha and croissant with cocoa, pistachio, and caramel, and leaves with a Hygge Pay x Mafer Salinas box holding the finished piece. Abraza el momento, embrace the moment. Se puede morder el arte, art can be bitten. Pastry stops being consumption and becomes contemplative performance. Bread, at last, is signed.
